Natural Recipes For Endometriosis: Castor Oil

An effective remedy for age-old endometriosis is castor oil. Castor oil helps the body rid itself of tissue and excess toxins. It should be used at the start of the menstrual cycle when cramps are first noticed. This will reduce the severity of symptoms throughout the cycle.
Combine eight drops of lavender essential oil and a quarter cup of castor oil.
Soak a washcloth in this mixture, fold it up and heat in the microwave until heated through. Place the warm cloth directly on your lower abdomen.
Place a piece of plastic on top of the canvas and place a hot water bottle on top of it.
Use the poultice once a day for 30 to 60 minutes.
Rinse off the oil with lukewarm water after each application.
Note: Do not use this remedy during menstrual flow.

Natural Recipes For Endometriosis: Sitz Bath

The contrast of a hot and cold sitz bath is often recommended by naturopathic practitioners to reduce symptoms of endometriosis. It helps to relax the pelvic muscles, in turn reducing cramps and pain. The cold bath will help reduce inflammation and relieve pain.
Fill two large basins, one with hot water and one with cold water. – Add 10 drops of rosemary essential oil or lavender essential oil to each bath and mix well.
Sit in the tub with hot water up to your waist for three to five minutes.
Then sit in the basin of cold water up to your waist for a minute. – Repeat two to five times.
To be repeated three to four times a week.
Note: Avoid this remedy during menstruation.

Flax seeds

Flax seeds are also very beneficial in the treatment of endometriosis. The antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids in flax seeds help slow the growth of abnormal endometrial tissue. In addition, flax seeds help the body to flush out harmful toxins.
– Soak three to four tablespoons of flax seeds in a cup of water overnight.
– Filter and drink the water the next morning.
Follow this remedy daily until your symptoms subside.
You can also add ground flax seeds to yoghurts, smoothies, soups and salads.

Turmeric

This amazing spice has a natural component known as curcumin which has strong anti-inflammatory effects and therefore can be used. It has also been shown to have anti-endometriotic properties.
– Bring two cups of water to a boil and add a teaspoon of each turmeric powder and ginger powder and a tablespoon of honey and lemon juice.
– Drink this solution once a day until you get rid of the problem.
You can also take turmeric capsules (300 mg) three times a day.
Note: Avoid turmeric remedies if you are taking blood-thinning medications.

Ginger

Ginger is an anti-inflammatory herb that reduces inflammation and relieves period cramps. It also relieves nausea that can occur with endometriosis. In addition, it plays a major role in removing excess toxins from the liver.
– Boil a tablespoon of grated ginger root in two cups of water for 10 minutes.
– Filter, add honey and drink two or three cups of this herbal tea per day.
You can even chew chunks of fresh ginger several times a day for quick recovery.

Chamomile

Chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammation as well as the swelling often associated with endometriosis. It also acts as a natural diuretic to help the bladder.

– Immerse two teaspoons of dried chamomile in a cup of hot water for five minutes.
– Filter, add a little honey and drink the tea.
Drink two to three cups of chamomile tea a day until you feel better.
You can also take chamomile in the form of capsules or tinctures, but only after consulting a doctor.

The motherwort
