– The powder is consumed  in a cereal porridge well sweetened with honey or also with red sugar.

– Take the powder in decoction or also in infusion. Brew or boil a teaspoon of the powder in a cup of water and drink twice daily.

– Boil for 10 minutes, one tablespoon of the powder in a liter of water. Allow to cool and filter. Drink two cups a day.

–The Diabetics use the powder as a dietary supplement by taking a teaspoonful of the powder during the meal. It regulates blood sugar and also facilitates irrigation of the pancreas and digestion of sugar. Very good for diabetics.

–For External diseases (scabies, external hemorrhoids, abscesses, boils, sores, etc.), making a homogeneous mixture of powder and shea butter then spend the ointment obtained on the diseased parts.

–For skin problems, mix also  the powder with native black soap for the shower. It makes the skin smooth and glowing.
